This site is dedicated to the memory of
194 Radio City which used to broadcast from Stanley Street in Liverpool, Merseyside across many areas of the North West and Wirral. It used to be on 194m medium wave (remember
medium wave?), 1548am and 96.7vhf. This site will concentrate mainly on the early years of Radio City since it first began at 6am on 21st October 1974 but we will choose to be self
indulgent (and let's face it, that's what this site is all about anyway) and include other items from the likes of Radio City Gold, Magic 1548 and Radio City 96.7, the stations that have
followed on from 194 Radio City.

We have over 40 pages with tons of jingles and pictures, so make sure you don't miss a thing. Click on anything that's underlined.

Click on the above logo to hear the news jingle.

We'll also be mentioning some of our favourite presenters such as Uncle Norm, Mark Jones, Dave Lincoln, Billy and Wally, Kev Keatings…………and others.
There'll also be the mention of such people as Annie Rooney, N'Gaga M'Bebe and Big Richie.

We hope you enjoy this site and we'd love to hear your memories of 194 Radio City.
We'd also love to hear from you if you have any jingles, audio, pictures, stickers or any other memorabilia that we could include in this site.

And, of course, if you were there get in touch with us. Pass on those little
nostalgic gems that maybe only you have. We'd certainly love to hear from you.
Help to keep this site going and make it that bit of fun that it's meant to be.

Let's keep the memory of 194 Radio City alive.

Radio City, it's where you belong.
